FAQ'S

  • My dog is intact, can he stay with you? Unfortunately we do not accept un neutered males.

  • My dog isn't great with others, do you offer solo boarding?  We have a resident dog and guest dogs so we are unable to offer solo boarding or accept dogs who are not well socialised / friendly.

  • Can my dog stay with you if not up to date with vaccinations? For daycare and home boarding your dog will need to be fully vaccinated with L4, DHP and kennel cough. We will need an up to date copy of your dogs vaccination card for our records. Please note your dog will need to have the kennel cough vaccine at least 2 weeks before their stay with us.

  • Are you insured? Yes, we are fully insured with pet business insurance and licensed with Monmouthshire council with regular inspections from animal licencing wales.

  • Where are you located? We are in Abergavenny.

  • I need a later pick up time for my dog, how much will this be? Overnight stays are charged per 24hrs. If you require a later pick up for your dog, please make us aware at the time of booking, this will incur an additional charge of £20.

  • What are your drop off / pick up times? We have an AM drop off between 8:00-9:30 or PM- 16:00- 17:30. If you require a different time, please make us aware at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Is there a cancellation policy? Walks and daycare require 48hrs notice for cancellation or the service will be payable in full. Overnight boarding requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking which is non refundable.

  • How do I know if home boarding is right for my dog? We ask that new dogs do an overnight trial with us before longer bookings to assess suitability. This gives us chance to assess your dogs temperament and ensure they socialise well with our resident dog.
