Walks and visits require 48hrs notice to cancel or the the service is payable in full.

Home boarding requires a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid on the last day of your dogs stay.

Dogs who have not stayed with us before are required to do an overnight trial to ensure they get on with our dog and settle in well.  

Wellie walks reserves the right to cancel with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to us, our resident dog or other dogs staying with us.

Clients agree to photographs of their dog(s) to be used on our social media pages and website unless told otherwise.

There is a morning or afternoon drop off / pick up slot for home boarding, AM between the hours of 8:00 - 9:30 PM between the hours 16:00 - 17:30.

Home boarding is priced per 24hrs, if you require your dog to stay over the 24hrs and require a later pick up, please make us aware at the time of booking, this will be an additional £20.00

Wellie walks does not accept dogs who have shown signs of aggression in the past to humans or dogs. We do not accept un neutered males, puppies under 6 months or dogs under the dangerous dog act.

The client must provide proof of the dogs vaccination card (photo or photocopy) Dogs must be up to date with L4, Dhp, and kennel cough. we cannot accept dogs for home boarding unless fully vaccinated.
